Timeline Selection is Bashar's term for the process of consciously choosing which parallel reality (timeline) to experience. Since all possible timelines exist simultaneously, you are not creating a new timeline but shifting your consciousness to an already-existing one that matches your vibrational frequency. This is done through belief change, emotional alignment, and following your highest excitement. Bashar teaches that you change timelines billions of times per second; conscious timeline selection simply means doing so with awareness and intention.
