Bashar teaches that infinite parallel realities exist simultaneously, and consciousness shifts through billions of static reality frames every second. What we perceive as time and change is actually the movement of awareness from one static parallel reality frame to the next. By changing vibrational frequency through beliefs and emotional states, you shift into a parallel reality version of Earth that reflects that new frequency.
