Bashar teaches that there is actually only one moment in creation, and everything you experience — past, present, and future — is a different perspective on that single moment, created from the here and now. The present is not the result of the past; it is the result of itself, and the past has no effect on the present unless you believe it does, so changing your beliefs now effectively shifts you into a different parallel reality with its own consistent past and future. He reframes Einstein's relativity, saying time is not a dimension at all but a side effect of consciousness shifting between parallel realities, with the sense of "time passing" being an illusion of continuity. He describes a non-linear "mathematics of time" based on probability fields and vibrational resonance rather than a line of seconds, in which advanced civilizations navigate by shifting which probable moment they experience rather than moving along a timeline. Physical time travel is possible in principle but extremely dangerous, whereas consciousness-based navigation of temporal probabilities — through remote viewing or astral projection — is far safer and more practical.
