Micro-Shift
Micro-Shift
Definition
Bashar teaches that reality change does not require dramatic transformations but occurs through micro-shifts — small, incremental changes in belief and vibration that compound over time. Each moment presents an opportunity for a micro-shift: choosing a slightly different thought, feeling a slightly different emotion, or taking a slightly different action. These micro-shifts accumulate until they create a visible 'quantum leap' in external circumstances.
