Definition

The Sirians are described by Bashar as an ancient extraterrestrial civilization from the Sirius star system that has played a significant role in Earth's history and human evolution. They are said to be highly spiritually advanced and have contributed genetic and consciousness elements to human development. Bashar mentions the Sirius oversoul as corresponding to the 'Spirit' aspect of the greater being that includes Earth (Body) and Essassani (Mind).
