Shadow Work in Bashar's framework involves identifying and integrating the disowned aspects of oneself. Bashar teaches that everything you experience is another aspect of yourself, and when you feel negativity toward anyone or anything, it reveals a part of yourself you have not fully accepted. The practice involves recognizing these projections, owning them as parts of self, and integrating them with love rather than judgment.
