Shadow Integration is the process of consciously embracing and integrating the disowned or rejected aspects of oneself. Bashar teaches that what you resist persists, and what you embrace transforms. The shadow contains valuable energy and information that, when integrated, becomes a source of power and wisdom. Bashar's approach to shadow integration involves recognizing projections, owning them as parts of self, and bringing love and acceptance to these previously rejected aspects.
