Bashar teaches that psychic abilities such as clairvoyance and remote viewing are not rare gifts but natural perceptual capacities available to everyone, since ordinary physical eyesight only registers a tiny slice of the electromagnetic spectrum while clairvoyance perceives frequencies just outside it — auras, energy fields, and non-physical beings. Remote viewing works because consciousness is non-local and operates through quantum entanglement at the template level rather than through physical proximity, which is why distance is irrelevant to accurate perception, as demonstrated in programs like the U.S. Stargate Project. The pineal gland functions as a biological antenna converting non-physical frequencies into intuition and inner vision, and its sensitivity can be damaged by fluoride and artificial light, or supported by darkness, sunlight, minerals, and meditation. Developing these abilities involves relaxing rather than straining focus, using peripheral vision, and practicing with playful curiosity rather than desperate grasping; not every psychic impression is objectively true, since some are symbolic projections of one's own subconscious.
