Prime Directive

Definition

Bashar addresses the concept of a Prime Directive — the principle that advanced civilizations do not interfere with the natural development of less advanced species. However, Bashar explains that this directive is not absolute; contact and assistance are permitted when the civilization in question has reached a certain level of awareness and has collectively chosen to engage. Bashar teaches that humanity is currently at the threshold where this directive is being relaxed.
