Negative Ego

Negative Ego

Definition

In Bashar's framework, the negative ego refers to the ego operating from fear rather than love. Bashar teaches that problems arise when the ego operates from fear-based beliefs. The negative ego is not the ego itself (which is a necessary tool for physical experience) but the ego functioning through limiting definitions and fear. Everything is neutral until we load it with our own bias.
