Mirroring
Mirroring
Definition
In Bashar's relationship teachings, the concept of mirroring states that everyone in your life reflects aspects of yourself. When you feel negativity toward anyone, it means there is something about yourself you don't like that you see in that person. This applies to both positive and negative qualities — others serve as mirrors to help you know yourself more completely. Bashar teaches: 'Everything you experience is another aspect of yourself.'
