Highest Excitement
Highest Excitement
Definition
Bashar's central teaching, known as 'The Formula.' Excitement is the physical body's translation of a signal from the higher self, indicating alignment with one's true path and purpose. The formula: (1) Act on your highest excitement at any given moment, to the best of your ability. (2) Do this with zero insistence or assumption as to what the outcome should be. (3) Stay in a positive state, knowing this process will bring you exactly what you need. Bashar emphasizes that excitement is not random enthusiasm but a compass pointing toward your highest potential.
