Higher Guidance in Bashar's teachings refers to the wisdom and direction available from the higher self, spirit guides, and other non-physical consciousnesses. Bashar teaches that higher guidance is always available but must be requested — it cannot override free will. The primary method for receiving higher guidance is through following your highest excitement, which is the physical translation of higher self communication. Synchronicities, intuition, and dreams are also forms of higher guidance.
