The First Principle of Existence in Bashar's teaching is simply: 'You exist.' This is the foundational axiom from which all other understanding flows. Bashar explains that since you exist, you are eternal; since existence is all that is, you are part of everything. This principle eliminates the possibility of non-existence and establishes the eternal, indestructible nature of consciousness.
