Bashar teaches that secrecy about extraterrestrial presence and suppressed technology is fundamentally incompatible with rising consciousness, so full disclosure is a matter of "when," not "if." He predicts a whistleblower cascade in which individuals inside secrecy-keeping institutions feel increasing conscience pressure to leak or defect as collective frequency rises, alongside technology unlocks in which breakthroughs in one suppressed field (free energy, anti-gravity, advanced healing) trigger cascading revelations in others because the "secrecy infrastructure" becomes overloaded. He connects this to specific claims such as an alleged secret space program developed since WWII with propulsion and life-support technology decades ahead of public knowledge, and to alleged NASA cover-ups of evidence such as anomalies on the Martian surface.
