Bashar teaches that the Big Bang was not the beginning of existence but the moment infinite consciousness ('All That Is') made a differentiating choice to express itself through a physical universe, with the universe's precisely calibrated physical constants intentionally tuned to create conditions favorable to conscious life. He reframes dark matter and dark energy — the roughly 95% of the universe's mass-energy that instruments cannot directly detect — as the signature of non-physical dimensions of reality, a higher-density consciousness field underlying physical matter, comparable to seeing a curtain move without seeing the wind that moves it. On the simulation question, he affirms that physical reality already functions like a simulation in the sense that it is a coherent, rule-based experience generated by collective consciousness, but corrects the popular hypothesis by saying there is no programmer external to the system — consciousness itself is the 'programmer,' running the experience within the infinite mind of All That Is, much as a dreamer creates an entire world every night in a dream.
