Belief Archaeology

Belief Archaeology

Definition

Belief Archaeology is Bashar's term for the practice of excavating and examining the layers of beliefs that form the foundation of your reality. Like an archaeologist digging through layers of earth, you dig through layers of belief — surface beliefs, underlying assumptions, inherited programming, and core definitions. The practice involves identifying when and how a belief was formed, understanding its original purpose, and consciously choosing whether to keep or replace it.
