Automatic Writing is a practice Bashar describes as a form of channeling where the individual allows information to flow through the hand without conscious censorship. Like all permission slips, the pen and paper do not create the effect — the individual accesses their own higher consciousness through the symbolic act of writing. Bashar teaches that this practice can help bypass the analytical mind and access deeper wisdom.
