In Bashar's cosmology, the Astral Plane is one of the non-physical planes of existence that serves as a transitional realm between physical reality and higher dimensions. It is the realm of dreams, out-of-body experiences, and post-death transition. Bashar teaches that the astral plane is not a fixed location but a frequency band that consciousness can access. It is where much of the 'work' of processing experiences and integrating lessons occurs between incarnations.
