Anxiety (Bashar Perspective)

Anxiety (Bashar Perspective)

Definition

Bashar teaches that anxiety is the result of believing you are not supported by the universe and that you must control outcomes to be safe. It is excitement that has been filtered through fear-based beliefs. Bashar's solution is to apply the 'anxiety is excitement without breath' principle — breathe consciously, redefine the sensation as excitement, and trust that the universe is inherently supportive. Following your highest excitement with zero insistence on outcome dissolves anxiety at its root.
