All That Is

In Bashar's cosmology, All That Is refers to the totality of existence — the infinite, unified consciousness that contains all possible realities, dimensions, and experiences. It is the ultimate source from which all individuated consciousness springs. Bashar's third law — 'The One is the All, and the All are the One' — describes the relationship between individual consciousness and All That Is.
