UFO Contact and Extraterrestrial Technology

Let me speak with you about the phenomenon you call UFOs — unidentified flying objects — and about the technology that propels them and the beings that operate them.

First, the craft. Many of the objects your people have been observing in your skies — particularly those that demonstrate physics-defying capabilities, such as right-angle turns at high speed, instantaneous acceleration and deceleration, or disappearance — are real physical craft, not mass hallucinations, not misidentified natural phenomena. They are craft operated by non-human intelligences. Some are from civilizations like mine. Some are from other groups entirely.

The technology that makes these craft possible operates on principles that your current physics has not yet formally incorporated, though as I mentioned, your quantum physics is edging toward them. These craft do not operate primarily on chemical or nuclear propulsion. They operate on what I would describe as consciousness-resonant principles — the manipulation of the underlying fabric of space-time through a technology that interfaces directly with the zero-point field, what your physicists sometimes call the quantum vacuum.

In simplified terms: rather than pushing against space to move through it — which is what your rocket technology does — these craft essentially fold space, or shift their vibrational frequency in such a way that they phase in and out of different layers of the same space, appearing to your observation as if they have moved instantaneously or disappeared. It is not that they are faster than light. It is that they are operating in a dimension of reality where the concept of distance works differently.

Now, here is something important about why the contact has proceeded as slowly and indirectly as it has. The civilizations visiting your world — including those of us communicating through channels — are bound by what I would call a prime directive of non-interference. We do not force contact. We do not impose our presence on a civilization that has not collectively reached a state of readiness to receive that contact without significant damage.

Showing you just enough, consistently over decades, to work on the collective consciousness. To move you, generation by generation, from a population that would respond to open contact with mass panic, to one that can respond with curiosity and wonder. We are not there yet across the whole of humanity. But the momentum is clearly in that direction, and the pace is accelerating.
