Telepathy and Intuition — Expanding Your Sensory Range

CHNL-PRAC-014

Bashar explains that telepathy and heightened intuition are not supernatural abilities but natural capacities of consciousness that have been suppressed by cultural conditioning and can be reactivated through practice.

You have labeled these abilities as supernatural — as extraordinary exceptions to the normal functioning of a physical being. But I tell you: telepathy, heightened intuition, clairvoyance, the sensing of another's emotional state — these are not supernatural. They are entirely natural. They are the baseline operating capacities of consciousness. What is unusual is the degree to which they have been suppressed, dismissed, and explained away in your current civilization.

Let me explain the mechanism. All consciousness is interconnected. Not metaphorically — structurally. The field of consciousness is non-local, meaning it does not obey the spatial limitations that physical matter obeys. Your thoughts, feelings, and intentional states are not contained inside your skull. They radiate outward into the field, and they interact with the radiations of other consciousnesses. This is simply the physics of awareness.

Your physical brain has developed extraordinary filtering capacity — necessary for focused functioning in dense physical reality. Without this filter, you would experience the thoughts and feelings of every consciousness in your vicinity simultaneously, which would be overwhelmingly chaotic. The filter is adaptive and useful. But over many generations, the cultural devaluation of these experiences has caused the filter to become over-calibrated — to filter out not just the chaos but the signal as well.

How do you recalibrate? The first step is to validate your experience. When you have a feeling about a person that turns out to be accurate, do not explain it away as coincidence. Note it. Honor it. When you think of someone and they contact you moments later — note it. You are training your conscious mind to recognize and respect a channel of information that has always been open.

The second step is deliberate quieting. In the noise and stimulation of modern life, the subtle signals of the extended sensory range are drowned out. Meditation, time in nature, periods of genuine silence — these are not just relaxation practices. They are sensory recalibration practices that allow the quieter signals of the extended range to become audible again.

The third step is trust and action. When you receive an intuitive signal — act on it. The fastest way to train any faculty is to use it. Each time you trust and act on your intuition, you strengthen the neural pathways and energetic channels associated with that faculty.
