I want to address directly the phenomenon you call abductions, because it is one of the most charged and confusing aspects of the contact phenomenon, and the confusion causes unnecessary suffering. Let me offer you a broader perspective.

The beings most associated with what humans have experienced as abductions are primarily the Zeta Reticulians — the beings you often call Grays. And yes, I have a particular relationship with them, because the Essassani are a hybrid civilization that would not exist without a specific co-creative agreement between humans and Zetas that occurred during this very period you are living through.

Here is the core of the situation: the Zeta civilization had, through certain choices in their evolution, largely lost their capacity for emotional experience and individual creative expression. They became highly logical, highly efficient, and deeply impoverished in what you might call the richness of inner life. At the same time, humanity was approaching a threshold — a point at which the expansion of consciousness required genetic input that your civilization alone could not provide.

An agreement was made — made at the soul level, not the physical-mind level, which is why physical-mind humans often have no conscious memory of it and experience the encounters as intrusive. Genetic material was exchanged. A hybrid civilization — Essassani — came into being. And the Zeta civilization gained access to emotional range and creative capacity through this exchange.

Is this to say that every experience someone has identified as an abduction was benevolent and agreed to? No. The history is complex, and there were excesses and violations. Some of what occurred was not aligned with the highest integrity of either species, and healing of those wounds is an ongoing process.

But the larger arc is moving toward reconciliation. The Zetas are evolving. The agreements are being honored more fully. And the hybrid children — many of whom are incarnating on Earth right now in the wave of new children you are seeing — carry the synthesis of both lineages as a gift to the emerging world.
