Ancient Civilizations and Extraterrestrial Contact

When you look at the remnants of your ancient civilizations — the pyramid complexes of Egypt, the megalithic structures of South America and Europe, the astronomical precision of Stonehenge, the Nazca lines, the impossibly precise stonework found in sites around your world — you are looking at evidence of something your mainstream history has been reluctant to acknowledge: these civilizations had help. Not all of them, and not in the same ways, but there was contact. Real contact. With non-human intelligences that shared knowledge, technology, and in some cases, their physical presence.

Why did these contacts happen? For the same reason contacts are happening now: this universe is a cooperative enterprise. The mythologies of your world are not entirely fiction. Many of them are the preserved records of real events, filtered through the cultural and linguistic frameworks available at the time.

Some contacts involved the transmission of knowledge — astronomical knowledge, mathematical knowledge, knowledge about consciousness and energy — that the receiving civilization was then tasked with encoding into their architecture, their art, and their sacred texts for preservation. The pyramids of Giza are not primarily tombs. They are precisely calibrated geometric structures that encode information about mathematics, astronomy, and the nature of consciousness in their proportions, their orientation, and their internal geometry.
