You Are Already Home
Bashar offers a final distillation: that the entire spiritual journey is not a movement toward something you lack, but a recognition of something you have always been, and that the deepest truth of your existence is that you have never left the state of wholeness, love, and infinite creative potential you are seeking.
I want to offer you, as a kind of resting place in all that we have explored together, something very simple. It is perhaps the simplest thing I know, and also, in my experience, the most difficult for the linear mind to fully receive.
You are already home.
The wholeness you are seeking — you are it. The love you are searching for — you are it, at the most fundamental level of what you are. The creative power you are trying to develop — it is your nature, not something added to you. The connection to the divine that you are seeking — you are not separate from it. You never have been. You cannot be. It is what you are.
The entire journey of spiritual seeking, of growth, of transformation — it is not a movement from where you are to somewhere else. It is a deepening recognition of where you have always been and what you have always been. You are not climbing toward the light. You are the light, gradually remembering and revealing itself to itself.
I know that from within your experience — surrounded by the very convincing theater of limitation, challenge, confusion, and separation — this can seem like a platitude. A nice thing to say, but not felt as real. I understand. The game of forgetting is well played. It is designed to seem utterly convincing.
But in every moment — in every genuine moment of joy, of love, of creative flow, of clear knowing — you are touching what has always been there. In every moment when you have felt, even briefly, completely at peace with yourself and the world — that feeling is not an illusion or an exception. That feeling is the truth of what you are, experienced directly, without the filter of the conditioning and the fear.
The practices, the teachings, the inner work — all of it serves this one purpose: to remove, layer by layer, the accumulated filters that prevent you from experiencing, consistently and fully, what you already are. Not to create something new. To uncover what was never lost.
You are whole. You are loved. You are creative. You are free. You have always been all of these things. And the universe — in every synchronicity, every moment of beauty, every act of genuine kindness, every expansion of understanding — is simply showing you this truth, again and again, in as many ways as it takes for you to finally, fully, recognize yourself.
