The Four Laws of Creation
Bashar articulates the four fundamental laws that govern all of creation: the existence of being, the oneness of all being, the eternal nature of change, and the principle that all expressions of being are equally valid — explaining how these four laws underpin all other teachings.
At the foundation of everything I have shared with you over the years of our conversations, there are four principles that I return to again and again — four laws that, in my understanding, are absolutely universal and absolutely fundamental. They govern the nature of existence at every level, from the most abstract to the most concrete. If you deeply understand these four laws, you have the framework within which every other teaching I offer can be understood.
The First Law: You exist. This may seem trivially obvious, but it is the most profound statement there is. You exist now. You have always existed. You will always exist. Existence itself — pure being, pure consciousness — cannot be created or destroyed. It can change form infinitely, but the fact of its existence is eternal and unchangeable. Whatever else may seem uncertain about your situation, this one thing is absolute: you are. And you cannot not-be.
The Second Law: The One is All and the All is One. Everything that exists is an expression of a single infinite consciousness exploring itself through infinite variations of perspective and experience. You are not a separate being in a universe of separate beings. You are one specific facet of the infinite jewel of All That Is — different in expression, identical in essence. This is not philosophical poetry. It is the actual structure of what exists.
The Third Law: What you put out is what you get back. The universe is structured as a perfect reflective system. The frequency of consciousness you maintain — the beliefs you hold, the emotions you sustain, the intentions you carry — is precisely what the universe uses to determine what experiences it organizes for you. This is not a moral law. It is a mechanics law, as neutral and precise as gravity.
The Fourth Law: Change is the only constant. Everything is always in motion, always transforming, always moving to its next expression. Resistance to change is resistance to the fundamental nature of existence itself, and is the source of the vast majority of unnecessary suffering. Flowing with change — even when the change is uncomfortable — is flowing with the essential current of creation.
These four laws work together as an integrated system. The first establishes that you are indestructible. The second establishes that you are not alone and never have been. The third establishes that you are always creating your experience. The fourth establishes that whatever experience you are currently having, it will and can change.
