State of Being: The B-E-A-F Formula
Bashar's B-E-A-F formula shows that Beliefs generate Emotions, which drive Actions, which produce Feedback (circumstances). To change your life you must change the core belief, not merely the actions. State of being — the combination of your beliefs and emotions — is the primary creative force.
Your state of being is the most powerful creative tool you possess. Not your actions — though actions matter. Not your affirmations — though words have their use. Your state of being. The combination of what you believe and how you feel, held together as a unified vibrational signal, is what the universe responds to. This is the template from which your reality is constructed.
Let me give you a formula. B leads to E leads to A leads to F. Beliefs lead to Emotions lead to Actions lead to Feedback. This is the chain of creation. Everything starts with belief. The belief generates an emotion — a feeling tone, a vibrational quality. The emotion drives action — the choices you make, the behaviors you exhibit, the things you do or don't do. And the action produces feedback — results, circumstances, the world as you experience it.
Now here is what most people misunderstand. They try to change their circumstances — the F — directly. They try to force different results without changing anything upstream. This is like trying to change the shadow on the wall without changing the object casting it. You can push the shadow around a little, but the moment you stop pushing, it goes back to where the object says it must be.
Others try to change their actions — the A — without changing the beliefs and emotions underneath. This is better. You can get some results this way through sheer willpower and discipline. But it is exhausting, because you are rowing upstream. The underlying emotional current is always pulling you back toward the behavior that matches the belief.
The real leverage point is at the top: the belief. Change the B, and the E changes naturally. Change the E, and the A changes effortlessly. Change the A, and the F — the circumstances, the feedback — rearranges itself to match. This is not theory. This is the mechanics of how consciousness and reality interact.
So what is your state of being right now? Not what you wish it were, not what you are performing for the world — but what is the actual, honest, felt quality of your existence in this moment? That quality, that frequency, that state, is what is being broadcast. And the universe, like a perfectly faithful radio receiver, is picking up that broadcast and manifesting matching circumstances.
To shift your state of being: first, identify the belief that is generating the unwanted emotional state. Ask yourself — if I feel this way, what must I believe to be true? The feeling will always point you back to the belief behind it. Second, question that belief. Is it absolutely true? Has it always been true? Does it have to be true? Third, choose a new belief — one that is more aligned with who you want to be and what you want to experience. Fourth, practice living from the emotional state that the new belief would naturally generate. Act as if. Feel as if. Be as if.
This is not pretending. This is not denial. This is conscious creation. You are not lying to yourself about the present circumstances. You are choosing to define yourself from the perspective of the new belief rather than the old one. And as you hold that state — consistently, genuinely, without attachment to the outcome — the circumstances will shift to match.
