Other Physical Laws in the Universe: Beyond Earth's Constants

Bashar explains that the physical laws we observe on Earth are not universal absolutes but local agreements within this specific dimensional framework. Other civilizations and dimensions operate under different 'settings' of the template level equation.

For example: in some dimensions, the speed of light is different; in others, gravity operates inversely (repulsion rather than attraction); in some, time flows backward relative to our perception; and in others, thought manifests instantaneously without the lag time we experience.

Bashar states that advanced beings can consciously navigate between these dimensional 'law sets' by adjusting their frequency to match the destination's template signature.

He also mentions that even within our own universe, there are regions where the constants vary slightly, creating 'pocket realities' with unique properties.

He predicts that human physics will eventually develop a 'meta-physics'—a theory that explains how different physical law sets arise from different configurations of the template level, unifying all possible universes under a single mathematical framework.
