The Void: Navigating the Space Between Realities

Bashar describes 'the Void' as the transitional space when you have let go of one reality but have not yet fully materialized the next. This is the scariest phase for most people because it feels like being in free fall with no ground. The ego panics and tries to claw back to the old reality, even if that reality was painful.

Bashar teaches that the Void is actually a sacred space of infinite potential. It is the womb of creation where all realities exist simultaneously before collapsing into one. The practice is to stay present in the Void without rushing to fill it. Techniques include: sitting in silence without agenda, observing your anxiety without acting on it, and affirming 'I am safe in the unknown.' Bashar says: 'The Void is not empty—it is full of everything you have not yet chosen.'
