The Six Health Points (3): Movement and Energy Flow

The third point is physical movement. Bashar explains that the body is an electromagnetic system that requires motion to maintain charge circulation. Sedentary lifestyles create stagnation not just in muscles but in the body's bio-electric field. Movement includes: aerobic exercise for cardiovascular health, strength training for bone density, and flexibility work for joint mobility.

But Bashar adds a metaphysical layer: movement also moves stuck emotional energy. When you move your body, you literally shake loose beliefs and patterns stored in the tissues.

He recommends finding a form of movement that brings joy rather than obligation—dance, hiking, swimming, martial arts.

The key is consistency, not intensity. Even 20 minutes of walking alters brain chemistry and lymphatic circulation. Bashar emphasizes that the body is designed for motion; every system works better when you move regularly.
